ALIANTE - This is one of the newest planned communities in North Las Vegas located east of Decatur and North of I-215. Over 1900 acres are being built complete with all the amenities of a planned community. Although the community is about 18 miles from the strip, residents will hgave easy access to two major freeways.

The community will include an 18-hole championship municipal golf course, baseball and soccer fields, tennis courts, picnic grounds, several parks, a "Nature Discovery Park", and a man-made lake including waterfalls. Also included is an amphitheater built within a 20-acre nature discovery park.

LYNBROOK -. This is one of the newer communities located in the far northwest near Hwy. 95 off Jones. There are 10 communities, some of which are gated, surrounded by four wooded parks, ponds, and pathways.
