Southern Highlands has two totally different communities: The Estates and The Villages. The Estates is guard-gated with neighborhoods with custom home sites of one-half acre to two acres. The Villages has single family neighborhoods in various price ranges and size ranges.

Home sizes range from 1,400 sq. ft. to luxury homes over 4,000 sq. ft. with prices beginning in the mid $100,000's. There are also custom home lots available on the 230-acre private 18-hole Robert Trent championship golf course. This golf course was recently named the Best New Private Golf Club by Golf Digest and is one of only four golf courses in the world designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Robert Trent Jones, Jr. The custom luxury home sites range in price from $400,000 to over $1,000,000.
